Refund requests during the writing stage
When your order is at the writing stage of our process, our writers are already tasked with your article, and at this point, they’re paid in advance with your order deposit. If, on any grounds, you decide to put in a refund request at this stage; we will be able to offer 50% of your deposit as a refund. Do take into account that you will still receive your article(s), as we have already written it, and you can request revisions if you choose to. Unfortunately, we cannot provide you with a refund after your order is at the publication stage. We simply won’t be able to recover any resources we put into your order during publication, so it’s not feasible for us to offer a refund at that point. If your article does not turn out the way you wanted, specifically if the content you provided and approved doesn’t match the published article, you can request a free of cost removal + republis. Please note that this particular policy does not cover the difference in the publication’s formatting or the images/videos placement. How long will the refund take?
Upon receiving your refund request, we will thoroughly investigate the matter. Our team will approve or deny the request, based on our refund policy statement, within 2 – 3 business days of receiving your request.
As for credit card refunds, it will take 5 to 10 business days for your credit card to receive the refund payment. This is the standard time credit card companies take to process a refund.
If you paid us using PayPal, you will receive your refund payment immediately into your PayPal account once we are done processing your refund. If you used your PayPal balance to pay us, the refund money should be available imediately for you to use, however, if you paid with your bank account or credit card, it may take take 3 – 5 business days for you to receive your refund payment, this may take longer depending on your bank.
Please note that we will always return your refund back to the bank account, credit card, or PayPal account that you used to pay for our service. We cannot return your refund to another account.
